The Conference fee for ITFA members and non-members includes:

  • Access to conference sessions and all conference collateral
  • Access to all social events; lunches, coffee breaks and welcome & gala dinners
  • 2 nights of accommodation in a room for single occupancy on Wednesday and Thursday nights including breakfast

The Conference fee – International and Singapore Resident Delegate for ITFA members and non-members includes:

  • Access to all conference sessions and all conference collateral
  • Access to all social events; lunches, coffee breaks and welcome & gala dinners
  • No accommodation is included with this fee.

Group Registrations

Group registration of 2 participants or more is now possible. 

Discounts

The 2nd delegate registering from the same company will receive a discount. The delegate will be automatically directed to the respective discounted category and the discount will be reflected at the last step of the booking confirmation.

The 3rd & following delegates registering from the same company will receive a further discount. The delegate will be automatically directed to the respective discounted category and the discount will be reflected at the last step of the booking confirmation.

For 2nd & 3rd Registration Discounts, please note that only once the 1st Registration is confirmed, will you be able to register for the 2nd Delegate discount, and once the 2nd Delegate is confirmed, will you be able to register for the 3rd Delegate discount.

Discounts for Members

In order to qualify for the discounted rate available to ITFA members, prospective participants must become enrolled as ITFA members and ensure that the annual membership fee is duly paid. Discounted Conference Tickets for Emerging Leaders (EL)

In order to qualify for the Emerging Leader discounted ticket, one needs to satisfy all the following criteria:

  • Must be an Analyst, Associate, or Assistant Vice President, or equivalent-level positions;
  • Maximum 5 years of trade finance experience at the time of the conference;
  • Must not have held a senior or leadership position in another industry;
  • Must be employed by an ITFA member organisation;
  • Must not have attended the ITFA Annual Conference more than twice in the past;
  • Registrants must arrange their own accommodation and are not permitted to stay at the conference hotel. This is to ensure there is an adequate number of rooms available to registrants paying for full-priced tickets;

If your professional profile falls outside these criteria, you will need to register at the standard rate. While concessions can be made in exceptional circumstances, any decision to accept a discounted registration is at ITFA’s sole discretion.

Cancellation Terms & Conditions

Cancellations must be electronically mailed to confirmation@ats-eventsolutions.com
Refund of registration fee will be as follows:

  • Cancellations received until and including 31 May, 2025 – 50% will be refunded.
  • As of 1 June, 2025 – no refund will be made.

Note, in case of cancellation at any stage, a handling fee of €100 (EUR) will be levied. All refunds will be processed after the conference.
